I’m looking at getting a sib, I’m based in West Yorkshire and looking at beach launching on the Yorkshire coast, I’ve read online that East Yorkshire prohibits beach launching, so do you know anywhere in North Yorkshire where you can beach launch. I was looking at Hornsea as my nearest coastal launch but I think they charge there so now looking at North Yorkshire. Until I can find a place to use frequently I don’t wanna invest in a sib as I don’t want to struggle to find a suitable place. If you can offer any advice I’d appreciate it. Thanks.
Hi mate....you can launch from anywhere where you get to park your car near waters. Only what you want is launching wheels on your boat. And you do not need to pay for launching because you are doing yourself. On East Coast, good is Withernsea, Hornsea, Whitby North.

I read on East Yorkshire Council website that beach launches are not allowed, this is a section of the notice on there website - “Please note: we do not allow private or individual launching from the East Coast beaches without authorisation.” So not sure where I’m able to launch, have you launched from Hornsea before?
