I have done two days ago my nose is very piggy 😢 i am really regret why i have done this kind of shit things 😢 everyone loved my nose just I didn’t love my nose from sides

It didn’t drop much and im going under again to modify it. There is something that was added during the first surgery for tio support and im having it removed.

@@GiaDougherty my Primary rhino my nose was so short I really thought I wouldn’t have enough skin to correct the issue. I had another rib removal to extend the length of my nose. I honestly couldn’t be happier. Some ppl like that barbie nose look but they don’t realize everyone heals differently. Just like me the scar tissue constricted and tugged my skin and it came out with a snout look. Sorry English isn’t my first language so I can’t explain it more specific

@@GiaDougherty also it is said that if you get rhino there’s a high chance of you unhappy with result and will need a revision which I fell into that category 😢. But I love my nose now. I wish your healing will be better than mine and that your tip will eventually drop

@@snowytheexplorer7284 give it 2 months. Pateince is key. I was in ur position so trust me it will go down

@@snowytheexplorer7284 I have a columella graft so mine doesn't drop as much as others do. But yes, mine dropped, not to the extent where I'm 100% happy with it though. If you don't have a graft then don't worry, it will drop

Hi I’m two months post operation. My smile is back to normal. The first month I couldn’t really smile because my upper lip felt very tight.

@@tamkacheong Im 30 day post op..A little bit drop As compare to Cast remove day..Is your nose tip look upturned tho??

@@Awle575 same!! I noticed a very very slight drop compare to when I first had my cast off, I think that was due to swelling decreasing. But my nostrils still show from the front… very upturned… since guys have thicker skin so they said it may take longer to see improvements… but I honestly don’t know… anxiety gets worse with time…

@@tamkacheong Bro i also have some anxiety my tip so swollen and its so pointy because of the Swelling..But most result came out from 3-6 months..So i tell myself to be patience..Almost all the guys who have same problem with us says its turned down After 4-6 months..So let’see..I can share you some videos also

How are you feeling now?I'm 2 weeks post op from a revision rhinoplasty.. my nose looks crocked(the bridge) and I don't know if it's doing to swelling or something else😢

Is the tip still lifted. As a male nose, does it come parallel to ground

@@cosmo1kramer Most of my swelling especially on the tip of my nose has disappeared (looks normal now) and am extremely happy with the shape of my nose (I had a Septorhinoplasty) the surgeon did a brilliant job and now I can breathe better. Healing is going well, it will be 5 months this month since the surgery. I get so many compliments by people who saw me before surgery and the feedback they give is that it looks natural doesn't look like I have had surgery! In my opinion the surgery was worth it. Just ensure an ENT performs it if you have breathing issues as they are experts in this field.

@@DaisySK43 its been 5 weeks for me and my tip from side profile its about 20 degrees up. As a male it should be almost parallel to ground. I can see through nostrils when i look into the mirror. Do u have same problems. At which month did you tip drop most

@@manveersingh1971 been 3 months since my surgery and my nose did slowly start to drop , still slightly upturned but the Doc said wait another 3 months cause the nose still swollen, but still looks better than first month

@@rachy4276 it's fine, the swelling tends to migrate from one place to another but that's normal, The tip of the nose still numb cause of the swelling, but besides that everything seem to be in place haha

I can confirm that the tip drops significantly after 1-2 months. I’m a dude.

@@Bromocriptine777 I mean it depends on how you wanted your nose, I told my doctor to make my nose similar to Cindy kimberly’s and a little more “button” nose ish so that’s why it never dropped ig! You’ll be fine :) I am almost a year post op and it’s still not the final form

hi . my friend had it done , the way u feel she felt the same , the surgeon has told her that its the swelling that's why she can't smile, he told her it will take 4 months that her smile will come back .

@@Matttrinidad08 I’d say a month is when it started to look more normal. The only thing is my nostrils were uneven for a while too - only noticeable in photos. I’m 3 months post op and it’s all good now!

@@karinac2541 oh nice! Did you also have to wear a nostril retainer to make them even?

@@Matttrinidad08 nope. I didn’t even have to tape my nose. I think because they used the piezo technique (not sure how this affects it). My tip is still a bit sensitive btw
