Best seat for H-D Pan America 1250s ? lets see it!
hey guys welcome back today I'll showing you how does it look the seat by Wunderlich
Wunderlich is a German company that was dedicated principal to craft seats for the BMW's after that they get into Ducati and now with Harley Davidson
this seat came in 3 version
the lower rider that is 1 inch less than the original
standard that is the same height than the original
and the tall that is 1 inch more then the original
with this seat will help the posture when u sit and the long distance rides, not sitting anymore in the tank as a rider
as a passenger i test with my brother and my woman and me and we have the same feeling about the passenger
the original seat by H-D as passenger is making you get into the rider and in short trips around the town is comfy but really hot and in long distances it hurt
with Wunderlich in short rides is a hard seat but really comfier in long distances making not your body sore in any way
pros and cons
pros: better long distances rides, better position of your body not making you be on the gas tank, good looking good material and keeping you dry in rain and not absorbing too much hot from the sun keeping you plane
const: ins a bit too hard for short rides and a bit expensive

Absolutely love the modifications you've done to make this bike look your own. I've got to get color added to mine driving me nuts but here's my questions. I bought my bike in the gray/silver 23 model and unfortunately I dislike the color completely but the price tag was 4k less less than the other one so I bought it. I have a question about that seat I believe I caught it saying it is 1 in taller than factory kind of like the tall boy is that correct? I hope it comes taller because I am 6'3 with a 36-in inseam and want a taller seat, But also you didn't say is this seat wider? Lastly does the seat lean backwards or does it push you forward toward the tank. I tried a sundowner and you slide toward the tank so I didn't buy it but I did like that it was 14 in wide... So to be clear is this 1-in taller than factory? Can you still go high or low position? And does it tilt you backwards? And how wide is this seat?
Hey, well, starting with if it is wider ? Yes, I think I just took a measure that is between 14 to 14½ in, and it will make you be away from the thank ( lean backwards for a better position) this week I've been riding more because the weather is getting better and my experience has been changing a lot I feel much confort and my legs are not more sore for the position, and yes even if is the 1 in taller in this seat you can make a lvl 2 putting the seat in the next step so being 6,3 you might do it
So resuming to the last I read from your comments yes is 1 in taller than factory You can put it in hight and low position It will keep you backwards 💯 And is 14 or 14½ in wider

@SamsonRamirez well I still working on it there is a lot of test and thing I want to try but the parts are kind expensive at the moment so most of it I have been just saving a bit

How is the volume difference between stock and the V&H exhaust? I want a throatier exhaust sound but I want a similar volume to stock.
Hey v&h will be more louder but if you want it more stock you could not a dB killer for the v&h it will be aftermarket, other wise you could but a sc project the adventure exhaust or a akrapovic or if you want it more more stock could be a screaming eagle by H-D for more horse power and torque go for the sc project and v&h

Pan America is liquid-cooled. If it gets too hot, the electric radiator fan comes on.
150 hp is rated at the engine the 132 is at the rear wheel which is really good

His machine must be off. That bike with should have 150 HP standard. With the Vance and Hines you’re sitting at 156 HP
rear wheel horse power, is lower than at the crank sprocket, where they measured 156. It has to run the chain, gears and tire slippage. It is never the same, as crank power.

@@Robert509Marquez yeah do not worry, i thought the same at the beginning i didn't notice the truth about that, as Charles told you the hp is 150 but only in crank sprocket (only the motor literally) make 155 with the vance and hines but the real it will not be the 150 because have to be in the process to make the tire spin so it will lose power😅that exactly what the person explain to me making the dyno and why didn't show up the 155

The best exhaust certainly doesn't come with any new Harley, actually they're crap bikes until you double the price with add ons

I've had 6 Harleys, 2 triumphs, 2 Hondas and 1 Kawasaki. All were good reliable bikes, with proper maintenance. The harleys were all reliable and good riders. Saying their crap bikes is just total bull shit.
I've had all different makes, also. In the end, they all can have issues, or not..Do a search on The Coveted BMW 1000R or RR, for low mileage blown motors and or oil consumption, and not making expected power :) or The GS Issues.. None get a free pass.
