Scott came to Japan about 30 years ago Fujitsu jazz festival but I really wanted go to his show. i’ve been listening to his saxophone now i’m 51 years old. i’m still want to go his show this is my dream please come to San Francisco. my favorite song is “East of the sun” still very beautiful

Not only he is a great saxophonist (probably the best one alive): he is also a super-nice person and a wise man. I had the opportunity of chatting with him after a concert this summer. In about 20 minutes of listening to what he said, I learned a lot about life and about music.

Best tenor sax player in Jazz today. Extraordinary. Never plays a bad note. He’s as nice of a human being as he is a Jazz musician. If you ever get a chance to hear him live, don’t pass it up.

When I had first happened upon the great artistry of this quite bad sax wizard I was about two years or so out my nostalgic teens and my early adulthood anxiously awaiting me with its alluring wink to its better knowing bosom. My maiden listening occassion of this mainstreamer was equally blessing my Jazzy keen ears with the tenor duo featuring the Great Scott with the already seasoned Buddy Tate. I never looked back. What musical harmony projection that makes his music agreeable is surely a boon to generations of music lovers the world over. His is the kind of music one could play for your grandma and pa even your kids and grandchilren without effecting generational strains. It soothes a broken heart and comforts a troubled mind. It reaches all out even to sprained emotional channels and revitalizes a love deal instead.

Le tue video lezioni sul Blues e le Pentatoniche hanno un tratto distintivo che le contraddistingue in modo indelebile. Bene, chiaro e coinciso. Utilizzi due mani per praticare gli accordi di settima minore? Non ci avevo mai pensato di farli così. All'inizio cosa stai facendo? Ciao al prossimo video.

Il Video é interessante complimenti, ho una domanda che mi é nata osservando gli es del computer, perché gli accordi segnalano le note in modo scorretto rispetto alla scala di appartenenza ovvero trasformano enarmonicamente i # in b alterandone quindi le funzioni intervallari? Non c’é modo di evitarlo, renderebbe piú facile memorizzare correttamente le note da utilizzare come facenti parte della Scala. Grazie per l’attenzione e buon proseguimento con i Tutorial.
