Hey just wanted to let you know (as if you read every single comment) after watching this video I started rethinking my reliance on caffeine and as a new years promise I swore off the mountain dew that I was drinking and while I didn't stop drinking caffeine I only allow myself 1 caffeinated drink per day. The headaches I got in the first week were pretty bad but lately I've barely been getting any headaches at all, I really miss the flavor of mountain dew and had an emotional dependency on it if not physical, but I'm still glad I did and I'm not planning on quitting soon. It seems really weird that three separate troop types that are very specifically supposed to work together in unison were once considered separate military branches. But then again, the Air Force used to handle space together with the Navy (which has it's own air force), and itself used to be a branch of the Army... You know what, maybe I'm overthinking how weird it is to have your cavalry, artillery, and infantry acting as independent branches.

so when i was in the 3rd grade I tested as gifted and my parents were thrilled when they heard...at the time I didnt think it a big deal: being a Black kid and this was coming from military funded schools, plus my brother and sister were both doing extra-curricular stuff...i stayed in "gifted class" until the 8th grade and had moved several times so it was always a version of diverse it seemed...until i came into "AP classes" when I was in HS....in Alabama...and then it became VERY apparent that my being there was the exception...suddenly while other kids were toiling away in basics I was getting to watch Shakespeare in open air renditions and watching right-wing politicians try to act like they understood me...thats when i really got it...graduation couldnt come quick enough
