Maybe a major reason is due to the vastness of the USA. There are plenty of places I haven’t been to in my own country. I have been to both of our neighboring countries though and they were great!

We went to the tracks when I was growing up especially on Halloween. Back in 70s the road had a much more of an incline upwards which made it fun but the city leaders through the years have discourage people and kids from going there (someone got robbed) even at one point having police officers write tickets. They even had surveyors and I guess a physic check the area and report and explanation so people will stop showing up.. It didn't work.. But I also noticed they kept adding more and more layers and layers on the street. I'm not sure if it's to stop the vehicles from rolling or because the area is being developed. I find it sad that the street and area doesn't look the same (spooky at night). Even if it was leveled the vehicles on that street will still roll toward the tracks. You can go to any level road anywhere in the city and the vehicle will not roll and just sit still. Oh and BTW you sprinkle the power LIGHTLY from the top of the trunk down toward the bumper. Don't rub it or touch the metal. Lightly sprinkle it on and don't touch it. Whatever reason people come up with, it has always been fun especially on Halloween. Have fun and be safe.

here is a couple of small tips to any US citizen that wants to travel internationally. 1. leave your attitude along with your guns at the departure lounge. 2. don't panic! it will be there waiting for you when you get back, nobody wants it. 3. you cannot buy, nor carry a gun over here, the rest of the world is not the wild west as it is in the USA. 4. enjoy the sites the food and the different cultures. 5. the rest of the world has a culture, they have, song, dance and food and they are proud of it. 6. The USA has Levi jeans, McDonalds, guns, and bombs. 7. Don't be too hard on your own ignorance, after all it's what makes America great! 8. take lots of photos, buy the occasional souvenir. 9. when you get back to the US "the home of the brave and the free," pick up your gun and your attitude, you will notice it is still there intact as you left it. Show your friends the photos and tell them you had a nice time. Oh, and don't forget to tell your friends you experienced real freedom for the first time in your life not having to carry a gun!

We have the same culture. Funeral is like a family/friend reunion/gathering with tons of food. In our country we don't serve alcohol but expect a free flowing non alcoholic drinks like coffee, tea, fruit juice etc. Family of the deceased also received envelope of cash from those who pay respect to the deceased. We also wear black or white and never red or pink.

Most koreans are on diet 24/7 365 days a year… literally starving themselves 😔😢that’s why they are skinny…. Individual wraps actually are bad …i mean korean uses sooo much plastic.. even strawberries here are individually wrapped… And individual wrappings won’t stop me from eating the whole damn box of them… Plus koreans are getting fatter… i see alot more young people with extra weight in 2021 than i saw back in 2016… You can be skinny (healthy way) and obese in any country… there is no magical cuisine or country that makes you either way, it’s all up to you..

Very bright young woman. Most Americans who don't travel abroad are in the middle of the country. Many have been so indoctrinated since birth in believing that the U S is the best country in the world. Why would they travel? Mostly stubborn ethnocentric attitudes and little perspective. As I once saw written on a Hong Kong metro wall "Not traveling outside your own country is like having a book and reading one page". Travel,is a learning experience that gives us a different perspective, .

That phrase might make sense in reference to Hong Kong, but not to the entirety of the US. The experiences one would have visiting San Diago are very different from the ones you'd get visiting Alaska. Same goes for the Florida everglades, Yellowstone, Las Vegas, Hawaii, the Rocky Mountains, New York, plus many many others. I try to take a trip at least once a year and I still haven't even been to all the states yet.

Ma'am: your initial lack of Compassion negates any information you offer. I have lost my family in Korea. My Husband was most recent. Please do not take this lightly. Speak to me of Seoul... Still Korean Law dictates ANY death occurring OUTSIDE hospital REQUIRES AND DEMANDS both Autopsy AND Police Investigation. My son had Traditional Korean Funeral. I was forced to identify my husband in the Morgue...at our local hospital. News Chief, AFNK (American Forces Network Korea), aka RMB aka AFN-Pacific, Korea. Please regard this as deeply Honoring Korean Tradition with no support from United States Government despite fact USG is at fault for his reasons for death. Korea, Katchi Kapshida. Young Woman: Please understand I am willing and open to helping you translate these traditions of your family's heritage. It is also my heritage and second home. The compassion Seoul and Koreans exhibited during these past 17 months has been paramount. Please note the hospital he was taken to is one of our own providers. They need to be more open to allow Secondary Identification (tattoos, scars, etc.). Monetarily, little was given. For US side: they owe me more than most earn a year. And yes: I respected my deceased husband and did not take images of him, despite fact we both are artists and I have a strong memory. His spirit was lifted in Native American Tradition while in Korea. Full bow was given to me when monetary gift was granted, in Buddhist tradition (not a religion but rather a Philosophy). We gave it to each other as deep respect to his Staff, my Comrades, and to Chuck Gill, my deceased Husband. 17 Months and this season brings these truth given I am no longer subject to particular legal standards of Etiquette and Conduct. Katchi Kapshida, My friend <3 My hearfelt condelences to you and your family and her loves ones for your Halmoni's Passing. I understand all too well, and hope you receive this in Kind <3
