Thanks for sharing your criticism @j.franklin21. You sound like a seasoned in music/music production guy! How long have you been in those fields? I found 0 examples of that experience on your CZcams accont. Is there any links you have to share of your work and expertise? Also, referring to the mix of my vocals. What specific fx I put on there as it is, would you want less of? You Said I put too many on there, that's why I ask. What's your perosnal vocal chain lookin like? Also, some suggestions for you, try making the criticism actually constructive and more defined. It'll help everyone I'm sure...and lastly, I'd suggest looking up a term called "artistic interpretation" it may help give you some insight on to why I chose the fx and genre I did. Being a seasoned musician yourself you must know by now, any form of art is subjective.

Much less harsh, but a bit more muddiness in the bass frequencies, if that makes sense @MatkoSever It was alittle harsh I admit. No, but the man that the song was dedicated had those same initials as me when he passed. We were close friends and I wrote it that way to show people that we were connected in some way.

​@devilpistons1269 thank you. Yes he played a big role in my life, I'm just glad he isn't suffering mentally anymore, had alotta deep issues with him. He'd always say "why me, why me?" Which is why the chorus is just that. I couldn't understand how someone could get that low in life until life shit on me in alotta ways. I'm okay now tho. Still struggle with alotta issues, but who doesn't is how I see it
