I got mine from online Where the Bakugan cards are sold, Depends on where you live. Uk 🇬🇧(south): Hamleys toy store and ebay (And sometimes Amazon) Uk 🇬🇧(North): Smyths toys USA 🇺🇸: Walmart, Target and other big brand stores. Also I’m talking about the single packs and not the box packs (ones with big scaled cards included). I would recommend looking around in case i missed something, and prices will vary depending on store, but I hope this helps.

It seems like in geogan rising After the events of drago freed pyravian from haavik's/Sabra or sabrus' control in armoured alliance, pyravian seems (at least to me anyway) to have developed feeling for drago or fallen for drago pretty hard. But that could just simply be me.
