You should not push air in a hazardous drug vial
If that is a hazardous drug vial.. putting air into the vial like you did is INCORRECT... you should correct this ASAP !
This is called negative pressure technique... and chemo compounding is done in biosafety cabinet... so it is safe...
Do you happen to know how many employees that have worked in compounding pharmacies have suffered due to poor practices?

Not helpful.. its dead wrong.. you NEVER push air into the vial and create positive pressure inside.. that is reserved for NON-HAZARDOUS drugs...
