Yes for any router if you want to connect by WPS, you have to press that button.

Can you delete, then restart and check?

What if we don’t know the WI-FI password
You can view the password if you have already connected to WiFi. Go to settings, WiFi and find the connected WiFi name and tap on the i button and tap on password.

Yes some keys or characters do not support.

It’s English US. Are you sure your keyboard is Mac supported?
@@Techancestudio Yes, it's compatible, it even has shortcut keys with symbols for Mac. I'm going to reset it today to see if that helps.
