I’ll admit I let a bunch of stuff out in this video but that’s why it’s part 1 I will do a better job of explaining the install and adjust for ride height as well as a review about the coilovers in a later video

So were pulling the engine once more I had low compression on Cylinder 3 caused by compression rings so the choice was made to replace not only all the piston rings on all cylinders but the connecting rod bearing as well more better and entertaining videos on the way this is a process Rome was not built in a day

question bro how is getting codes for you? that interior harness looks cooked can you get codes out of her?
Getting codes wasn’t a problem Iinterior harness was good if your having problems might need to check diagram and check connection

Thx man I got the radiator from aftermarket website called 360redline I will say the radiator is only for the 4g63 but it will mount up to your car if you have a 420 you can make it work you would just have to create or find hoses the work

2g eclipse is not a jdm! But in my oppinion thats the last thing that matters, 2g dsm has a timeless body style and big tuning platform. Welcome to the dsm club buddy!

It's a DSM. I have the 420a. Paid 700 for it in 2020. Dont dog it. It can last 300,000 miles. You could have a stuck thermostat or bad head gasket causing the hose to blow off. Just subscribed
420A isn't DSM either, its a dodge engine that somehow got used by Mitsubishi and Eagle 4G63T is DSM
Its a cool car and I really appreciate them...but its not JDM...

It's not much of a understatement. I'm on my 3rd one. The ones that have problems are the ones no one took the time to take care of it and riced them out or let them go. It's actually a really reliable car. The turbo models are a little temperamental but are good if you mod the right. Juat take care of them and they will be golden.
I hear that alot but my 95 GS-T has never broke down in the 15 years I've had it. Things break and need replaced but its never failed me.

Wow! The headlights are in great shape, although this car isn't JDM, it is certainly one of the important cars of the JDM era come up. You should definitely swap a 4G into it or at least a 420A with a turbo

DO NOT try to swap a 4g63 into a GS. The 2 engines face complete opposite directions. Build your 420, if you want a 4G then sell this car and buy a GSX/TSI. Take it from a 20 year DSMer, the swap is not an option.

@@ericrony116 DSM stands for Diamond Star Motors, the collab between Chrysler and Mitsubishi. These cars, the Mitsubishi Eclipse, Plymouth Laser and Eagle Talon were designed in the US, built in the US and sold in North American markets only (maybe some euro markets)

Just subscribed to your channel . Got a 4g63 that I'm working on that needs help. It was running but dies when I press the gas and now won't start. Uploads are on my channel.
Just subscribed to your channel. I got a 4g63 that won't run right. Just replaced the valves. It jumped timming before I bought it. I found a anti-theft also. I had it running earlier today. Had to pull on throttle cable , then tighten it down to get it to idle. I drove it around the block. Then parked it. After a few hours. It started but kept dieing when I pressed the gas. It kept getting lower and lower till it shut off and now won't start - to idle. I was hearing a loud hiss when I did have it running. The intake manifold gasket has been replaced. It has a new head gasket. And after market coils. New. // coolent temperature sensor New. Fuel pump and filter New. I uploaded a video of it running earlier. I replaced that temperature sensor that's on the bottom with the spade connector.
Hey man I appreciate it yea sounds like a dsm problems as usual😂 yea man unfortunately I’m not to sure what would be the problem a leak down test would be bad to find that vacuum leak or smoke test I’m not to familiar with the 4g engines
