I rewatched the talk with my husband this time and discussed our thoughts together at points throughout. The Talk helped me to know how to move forward a bit more with a one-sided relationship with my 83 year old mom, knowing how hard it will be in an untenable situation but I must try again and again for her benefit and my own. May I say too how much I love and respect my supportive husband! Thank you Dear Ignatius and Dear Mark for all you do to help with the healing of so many of us. I am grateful always. 💜💚💜

Came across you only recently and wanted to say thank you, a few tears along the way but overall it was wonderful. I'm off to find more.

I guess this was perfect timing for me this morning, as I resolved last night to make some bigger changes to how I spend my time and what I put into this body! To spend more time with my spirit and my team.

Thank you Mark for this message and wanted to say I had tears within it, some because of the understanding, both myself and mum kept things not really needed, I did give the school books etc to my daughters to do with what they wanted when we moved but remembered saying these don't define you now, on clearing my mums home reminding myself that most of the things where inanimate objects and didn't define my mum and so OK to let go and take to the op shop I think you call them, as the love is in the heart, it has triggered something with the tears, so will re look at it.❤
