What is a sprint? How to use it in your life.
One of the core Agile concepts is working in short sprints vs. setting long-term goals. Let's look into what a sprint is, how long it should be, how to calculate sprint capacity, and choose a sprint focus. As always, we'll discuss how you can apply all of this to your own personal projects and goals.

Great video. Love the analogy of aging wine! 😀 After reading your blog, I have started planning a sprint. I think this is a great system, and love the backlog part. One problem I’ve always had is following the shiny new thing or chasing an idea I have instantly or thinking everything is urgent. Just by writing out my next sprint and creating a messy backlog, it’s like a weight has been lifted. I know it won’t be completely smooth saving but feeling hopeful that this is a game changer for managing my life. Thank you so much for sharing Polina.

I'm so happy to see you implementing this! Backlog is great for addressing the shiny object syndrom. You can tell your brain, "Yes, yes, I hear you. I've recorded it in my backlod. We'll do it next sprint which is only 2 weeks away!" (maybe you will, maybe you won't, but that's enough to shut up that i-want-it-now part of your brain). I find 99% of personal productivity is just negotiating with your brain and making it quiet so we can focus on the task at hand :D
