Lavs for bride and groom. Mixer board audio for toasts! Speedbooster will be all MF. Not a biggie though I prefer to pull my own focus

Yeah Alexa 35 is trash because it doesn’t have autofocus!! Ha but nah I hear you. I think AF is pretty useable other than in situations where you have a lot of subjects around. I prefer to pull focus manually regardless. It’s definitely worth learning!

@@itsaaronmiller well an Alexa 35 eould not be fun to have around my neck for a 11h wedding :P As a run and gun wedding videographer, the XH2S was a dream. But after plusating in and out of focus during the first kiss a few times to often I got rid of it. The frustrating part is that autofocus was so good on V.1...

@@paulwalschburger2142 yeah I hear ya! Haha different tools. Just a fun jest. I will say however, I use the XH2S for weddings and just use manual focus. To me, using focus as a storytelling aspect is super important. Also, I get to use some really fun MF lenses 😬

Pretty huge upgrade from the XT4 I make a living for myself and my wife with these cameras. Sensor size is pretty irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. IMO it is one of the least important things

In a pinch, yeah! I'd prefer to run a long HDMI. I recently ran 20ft of hdmi to my focus puller and that worked great. But if it's not super fast racks, i think this would do just fine

So, here's my opinion. I, like most people go to CZcams for information. While I understand your stance, you don't want to go down the rabbit hole that is gear. You have to see It's beneficial not only to you with views but, for the people who are looking to make a purchase. They may need more information on the gear you are showing. So, for an example my recent video was on a mic and mixer combo. I really wanted to see how it would work for my different use cases . I was interested in this gear . I know I'm not the only and maybe someone else is looking for the info like I was. Hope this makes sense. Another thing you don't even have to review the latest and the greatest just what's been useful to you. Someone will always find that useful.

Guessing you’re a lumix fanboy? No other mirrorless system has shutter angle on their non cinema line. I can just not touch the shutter and switch between 7 custom settings that have the correct shutter angle for the framerate. 🤷‍♂️

Fuji colors are great. Their luts from the factory, not so much. Straight out of camera stuff is top notch though
