This is a very 90s sounding song-which is a bit unusual because it’s from 1990, when most music was still 80s sounding.
Man this song takes me back. Of course it’s on my Spotify list.

This song flew over everyone's head at the time. But Mr. Penn was right on target with the brilliance of his lyrical messages.
