First clip is magnaflow with the stock cat and downpipe recorded with a DJI mic. Second clip is with the Off The Line high flow cat downpipe shot on iphone 15 pro. Sound contrast may be a bit skewed due to mic difference. I didn’t rev because neighbors but a) the magnaflow is loud af by itself and b) the downpipe definitely adds volume. Not great for late night residential driving 😬

I went the more permanent route and drilled some holes, how are you feeling a month in ?
no regrets yet, I'll probably decide on a body kit by end of the year at which point I'll either ditch it or drill the holes
Want to do catless but with stock exhaust, do you think it would he bearable?

I wouldn't do that out here in Vegas, the scorching sun may shift the spoiler....
that's a good point. you do still have bolts on the sides that should keep it in place but high heat would likely weaken the adhesive

if I look closely I can see it has pulled up a little bit on the sides of the top center region but holding strong otherwise
Terrible. You transformed a subtle yet great sounding car into a F**king standard sounding, loud and obnoxious, Honda Civic.
haha I admit it is way too loud and plan to find something more subtle. I don't love the sound of the stock exhaust though, I want a little more grunt, just not this much

no drone at all, just volume
What does that mean? I thought drone was high volume at highway speed rpms?
@@MrKeg830 as I understand it, drone is an interaction between a specific exhaust frequency and the engine noise that reverberates in the cabin. MagnaFlow has a resonator the cancels out these frequencies
