The major networks need to run Little House's and Highway to Heaven's, to remind people of the goodness that could exists in the hearts of others. That its not unmanly or uncool to feel with the heart and to not judge, but love others !!

So many yrs have passed when Michael landon said if he had stopped drinking smoking he believed that was the source of this problem which started his cancer if he had given up earlier that he would not be in the situation he was in the cancer was far advanced to late in those decades that no new cancer treatment was funded now its 2024 not 1991 its long long of decades ago he was a good actor sadly missed 💔💔💔🙏

Regardless of his personal life..no one perfect. I grew up watching him. Im still watching Bonaza and LHOTP. I love Michael Landon❤

I’m so glad I finally got to see this. No doubt it would have been on for five seasons, if not more. The actor who plays his son, Cary, looks a lot like Zac Efron. Great acting, writing, and directing.

I use to wet the bed and one night i thought if I drank a whole bunch of water before I went to bed then id go to the bathroom before and not wet the bed. But it didnt work . The water didnt come through until I fell fast asleep, and then I really wet the bed.

The awful truth is this gentle giant of actor had cancer when he made this brilliant pilot Pancreatic cancer shows very little to no symptoms until it mastates to the liver. That is when Michael started to feel unwell. Even now, it's a death sentence back , and nothing could be done. God bless this great man who left this mortal planet far too early.

Absolutely one of the greatest (if not the greatest) actors of all time. Miss him so much. Rest in peace Michael, YOUR WORK ON EARTH IS DONE.

God bless Michael Landon. My mother loved Little House in the 70s, I grew up watching Highway to Heaven in the 80s. He was legendary and is fondly remembered by many generations.

Michael is missed so much 😢lovely to watch Little house on the praise. I watched it when I was young and every episode brought a tear to my eye. Superb actor and you can see how genuine at every performance ❤❤

Did you see the homages paid to him when he died? All the news programs showed him walking down the road as an angel from his TV show "Highway to Heaven." When was this guy an angel? I'm sure at least two of his ex-wives thought he was going to hell. And he has this great image as a family man. Family man? This guy had nine children from three different wives. He was a guy in his fifties having children with his third wife. He wrote family shows, meanwhile his family was in total disarray. Three different wives. He was a families man. He made a bunch of sappy shows about the family he would have liked to have. He couldn't be an angel, so he acted as one.

My Dad was an extra in the cemetery scene. I love watching Highway to Heaven and never found out he worked with Michael until after he died. RIP Pops.

My Aunt Lois was about 16 yo when she and I (3-4 yo) would watch Bonanza together. If we'd had fried chicken for dinner, she would save the wishbone for us to split. The winner would get to claim Little Joe as their boyfriend during the night's episode. I miss her and Michael Landon.

Charles Ingalls was the man I always strived to be. Although i have fallen short, he has always been my goal to be Charles.

He was just months away from dying. He was a active alcoholic till the cancer started to eat him up. His stomach was probably really hurting him during the filming of this. This was before he found out about the cancer. He was living months with stomach pain before he decided to go to the Doctor. A pint of Vodka a day drinker. He always bought the cheapest Vodka. Mixed it with his morning coffee. Alcohol and a pack a day smoker. He would still be alive if it was not for that. You can see he is in some pain in some of these scenes.

Sad the media haunted him.telling false lies for money. Rest in dear one😊

What a tease.! One person DOES make a difference in this world. Michael Landon surely left his mark.
