you will need to fill in DS-160 first and then would be required to pay certain amount for your visa interview. Once the amount is paid you will need to select dates for your interview basis on the availability, once you select the date you will be sent appointment details via email. They will send you two dates, one for biometrics which you are required to show up in person and the other for Visa interview.
