Hello and welcome to my channel!! My name is Diana, I'm italian and I have always had a passion for sweets!!
Mine is not just gluttony but something deeper that dates back to my childhood. The best memories and happiest moments of my life have always been linked to sweets... for me they have a real magical power: they manage to cheer me up when I'm sad, calm me down when I'm angry and excite me when I'm happy.
Furthermore, I believe that sweets are able to take care of people and thus help us to demonstrate affection and attention towards the people we love (obviously also towards ourselves!!)
And then they are fundamental during the celebrations, they are the tender ending to a romantic dinner, they are the reward for having done a good job, they are the most convivial part of a family lunch... in short, there is the perfect dessert for every occasion!!! All we have to do is discover some of them together!!
And remember, my motto is: "cook with love and everything will taste good!!"

Vanillin is the primary component of the extract of the vanilla bean; it is used as a flavoring. I used jam to fill the centres; you can choose your favorite one (strawberry, peach, apricot, ecc.). 😉😊
