I love when you talk about your struggles because it lets me know that I’m not alone in my auto immune disease with the aches and pains etc even though I am turning 55 this month I had the same struggles at your age raising kids and still do and I still have a 12 year old I’m raising The other kids are now older but the 12 yr old still needs me to be productive and it’s not always easy. I feel at times a disappointment to him but I am always working towards a better me in the midst of these struggles…. again, thank you for sharing. Don’t ever feel like you can’t. ❤🙏

Hello so I have a 18 month old that is finally sleeping in his own bed but is still waking up in the middle of the night. I give him whole milk right at bedtime could that be effecting his sleep should I give it maybe an hour before bedtime or what lol I'm out of ideas to help him get better sleep at night.

I’m the same way. I have good seasons and bad seasons. I always try to do as much as I can during the good seasons! I usually feel my best a few days after my menstrual cycle ends until ovulation. I know you had talked about that recently. It’s something I’ve noticed for a few years now. I didn’t know there was actual science behind it. I thought I was just weird. 😂
