Hi, The quantity of yeast will be the same. You just need to bloom active dry yeast first with little warm water and a tsp of sugar separately and then put it in the dough. Yes the temprature and timing would be the same in a regular OTG as well. You can also create steam by keeping a bowl full of hot water in the otg while baking🙌🙌❤️ most welcome always🤗

Hi I get raw cane sugar from costco here in US. And in India I used to get pure & Sure brand Khansari sugar for everyday purpose. I also use coconut sugar widely in my recipes.
