why in greek islands journeys nice greek music and in turkey visit just religous music? You can also use nice turkish music.

I used to go many times to Serifos from `80 to `96 and those last three minutes of the video are special to me, because, they show places where I used to stay for months at a time back when Karavi Beach (named after a sunken boat in the bay) was a hippie-hang-out nudist beach colony where a variety of peoples from all over the world-and greeks- wanderes, traveler's all-would live in small stone settings with bamboo roofs or tents in the seventies and early eighties when Julie and Spiros, who would bring an ice block every morning by boat and would run a basic small shed/roof on poles kind of bar/library with beer and sodas and sometimes local wine on special occasions, situated in the end of the beach closest to town and everyone would join there in the afternoons before going to Livadi in the evenings to dine and visit kafeneons, bars and clubs or even a few discos around. Later on My dad owned a house in Livadakia and lived there 6 months a year, just at the place where this video is filmed from and here we would visit him every summer for many years the whole family and friends-great times! Just "Samos" will do. We don't say, "I'm visiting Maine, right next to Canada". Samos is *in* Greece. Greece has neighbors. Not a crazy concept.

Folegandros does have the benefit of not being too touristy. The downsides are the less than optimal ferry service and who wants to hike an island lacking in tree coverage? That's why I like the Saronic Islands close to Athens.

Totally agree. Fourni is a beautiful little island. We spent around ten days there last year. This video is a nice tribute. Gorgeous !

Till now I've only observed Fourni from the ferry en route to or from Patmos, but after watching your delightful film I think next time I will jump off and spend some times there. Thank you.

We don't hurry, we don't serve (hollywood)omelette made of egg whites. Throw your watch in the harbour, we don' t measure time. Don't moan if the staff at the restaurant isn't polite, because; you know? they don´t care. They serve good local food and don't make any difference if your'e from greece or abu dhabi, montana or patagonia. If you just relax, forget your planning, throw away your time table, meetings, forget your email psw.. then you are up for a real god time. So until then. Relax: losen your stress and WELCOME.
