Please how can I update the android version?.. it’s been on version 9 since I got it(and says it’s up to date in the settings) but some of my apps like Netflix has stopped working saying I need to update my device.

When I go to Netflix, it tells me update Google services, it doesn't let me do anything else except I do that. Tried to add account, it didn't work. My remote was smashed by my daughter, I have been looking for a replacement, to no avail. All vendors don't seem to have it. Kindly advise on the outlined above..

While it is a good 32-inch TV for watching movies, given its limitations in smart functionalities - it's not a very good smart TV. It can be quite slow, lacks Bluetooth support, and has limited storage. At the end of the day, It depends on your preferences
