That is REALLY interesting! So things like soy sauce, tofu, edamame? Was he eating that stuff regularly? The creams have worked for me but I feel like I still have an issue underneath the skin that will ultimately come back. I'd like to get to the bottom of it myself. I'll probably do a radical elimination diet at some point but it sure is tough to do!

Well that's just it... the Dentist I had said it's find to do it and we did (called IPR). But I have heard others say it's not great. I suggest you do your own research.. maybe ask an Ortho or two.

Me too lol. But hey, I think you'll still be happy with the results at the end of the day. Invisalign does the bulk of the work here... the dentist just does a little bit. Trust the system. Invisalign has literally done this millions of times. Your results will be good.

Movies look great! Very happy with the quality still. As far as sports, to be honest I don't have a good feed for them... I've streamed hockey at 1080p from Sportsnet app and it looked decent... But I would like to see a real 4k feed from a TV box before I'd have an actual opinion or recommendation on it.

Those are some BIG changes! Wow. Nice job! Yeah your brain is going to freak out not knowing what to do. It feels so good taking care of our body and mind... we need to appreciate it and honor it. I know I often take my health for granted. But jeez, waking up with a clear mind... and being sharp while watching shows, or reading, or meeting people, it just feels so good. I can't say. Sometimes doing the burp test multiple times will give you a better idea. I think you need to look at your lifestyle, diet, and stress levels to get an idea of what the problem is. Either way the tips at the end of the video should really help. It seems like you're on the right path to healing. Good luck!

Yeah the burp test won't be accurate if you are on PPI's unfortunately. And honestly, I don't know the answers to your questions... I imagine you could get gerd of course, depending on your on your lifestyle and diet. You need to take some time to really think about what you're eating, when you're eating, how much you're eating etc... I know it's frustrating but learning now at your age how to manage it for the rest of your life might be a blessing in disguise. I personally weened off the PPI's then started adding acid because it made sense to me. You have to do what makes sense for you. You can follow your docs advice for awhile but if it doesn't work let them know, then maybe they can guide you on another approach, or you can try what is suggested in the video.

I can't say. But that simple burp test I mentioned in the video can give you a better idea. The only person who can really figure this stuff out is you unfortunately. The good news is it's very easy to adjust your lifestyle once you figure out what is going on. The tips at the end of the video will help you regardless of if you have high or low acid. Take a day or two, do the burp test, think about what you're eating and based on what I said in the video, decide an approach to heal. It'll be worth it!

Absolutely! The app is pretty insane... it's very sophisticated and with time, you could do whatever you want with these lights. You just might need to spend a little time getting familiar with the app.

Yeah it's crazy how it's so different for everyone. Alcohol is that hardest for me to give up... it's an ongoing battle. Coffee is easy compared to that. But I get it. I still have decaf during the week. I look forward to the warmth and still get to enjoy coffee without needing to warp my life around to have it every morning.

I think you need to focus more on the lifestyle choices that are bigger picture. Smaller portions... chewing your food... doing an elimination diet to figure out what foods are causing you issues... not eating close to bed.... eliminating stress from your life. If you do all of that it is likely you will fix your problem regardless of if you have low or high acid.

Your will know... your body will tell you. Betaine is low risk, but if you have too much acid (sometimes I've taken two pills) and it burns a bit. You can always drink some baking soda to neutralize it worst case scenario.

You would have to work with your Doctor and go in to test the acid levels in your stomach. There's a procedure you can do. The baking soda is just a common test to give you an idea... depending on your lifestyle and diet it might give you an idea of what to try first.

I can't say for certain since I didn't have that, but I imagine it may be a similar lifestyle path that it is for low acid. Elimination diet... chew your food well... don't eat close to bed... etc... You could do a baking soda gargle for the throat while you identify what your triggers are. Hopefully the video gave you some ideas for things to try.

Hehe, I'm still glad I did it. Sure it could have been a better experience but ultimately Invisalign does the trays and plan so the results should more or less be the same... a better dentist or orthodontist might make the experience a little better though.

Yes it would be good... But to be honest I feel like Sonos might be refreshing a few more of their speakers this year so it's hard for me to recommend it at full price. If you get a decent sale or one used then absolutely. But in that space you would also want to make sure you get the sub and some Era 300s for surround. The Era 300s would really pop in that space. It's not cheap investing in but the sound and the ease of use is just great!

@@TheSAHDLife I’m thinking of buying the Sonos arc and the gen 3 sub today…will buy the rear wireless speakers later but not initially. The Sonos arc soundbar is on sale at Best Buy for $719 currently and they also have an open box for $569 but I’m not an open box type of guy 😂. $719 (down from $900$ seems like a good deal plus it’s at 0 apr interest for 12 months.

I currently have the JBL bar 500 but can still return it. It’s not bad but not incredible either. If the Sonos arc plus sub isn’t substantially better than I’ll return the Sonos and keep the bar 500. Time to test both and make a decision later today!

Yeah good idea! And I know... it's not the cheapest. I've bought multiple RGB lights recently in attempts to create a cool atmosphere in my studio so it felt like a good time for me to review it. The price isn't bad compared to some of the other ones I've bought. It's fun talking about things when they come out and are hot though! Sure is neat to see what people create.

@@TheSAHDLife Absolutely. I looked at some cheaper alternatives, but they just look...cheap compared to these. I'd definitely be interested in the Nano. I just have summer vacation, kitchen remodel, and potentially ZV-E10 Mark 2, A6700, or ZV-E1 to pay for first.
