What do you think about the connection between choline and prostate cancer? Now we are told not to eat eggs because of choline and that it raises the likely hood of prostate cancer.
That’s because you’re not going to learn a whole recipe like this in a 30 second video they don’t explain how much of each they’re using they don’t tell you if it’s firm or anything hell I’ve never even seen a tofu block that big in the store but yeah when they make videos don’t give you no instructions whatever they say is salt pepper this that how long did you cook it forput some instructions in the description like every other place does unless you’re just too lazy to type or even voice type
@@Paul-ng4jxNone of that was missing from the video though. They said what kind of tofu they were using, we can see they used the whole block, and they also explained what temp to cook it at and for how long. All the information needed was there.
Excited to hear how it goes! If you can find the Wildwood brand or one that isn't packed in water, you'll have more luck! Let me know if you have any questions!
@@alexandrasteinmetz3690 My inexperienced self-grabbed the one in water so I think I'm going to have to let it dry out for a bit. Thank you for the help I appreciate it I'm excited to try something other than meat I'm so sick of meat.
@@BrandiHoferStudios I love your heart. Thank you:). That's exactly what I'm doing. I stacked a deep skillet and tortilla skillet and boom, down came the tower😆. My tile is A LOT stronger than I thought 🤣. Lesson learned.
@@BrandiHoferStudios So much moisture came out of my tofu I left it in the fridge with a cast iron on top and I swear I got about 3 oz of liquid out. It's not bad for my first attempt. I used Irish moss instead of corn starch and I think for my taste I added too much cayenne but otherwise dipped in teriyaki sauce it's edible 🤣. Try try again. Thanks for the encouragement 😊
Haha, I’m hardly a vegan! I do eat a lot of vegan meals, but I also have a local meat subscription box and bought half a pig from a local farmer coming in June 😉
I get where you're coming from, but at that point, you can just mix it all up in one go (and forgo the hour in between), as the point of adding the chia seeds and milk together first is to help start the thickening process.
I think there is a LOT of facets to working on your depression. I was in therapy and on meds for years, and once I felt more stable, I could focus on my diet and support the other work I was doing. I paired that with mindfulness, yoga, etc., but it still took YEARS for it to take effect.
Just go to therapy. Every depression has a different cause. Try to cut off nicotine drugs or alcohol, get more sleep and get social plus go to gym. Eating healthy is also beneficial. I'd also uninstall social media for a while and stick only to these who connect you with your closest.

The most depressing thing is that I eat all this and still feel depressed😂😢
Changing your eating is 1 part of the spectrum. But it's good that you're paying attention to how you feel and what you're eating.
Diet can absolutely cyre depression, depression is chronic inflamation. Anti deprrssion diet can relieve inflamation.
Does cycling comes under aerobic exercise
Yes! It falls under aerobic exercise

Just…why?
Why not?
Bonus tip! Season with the oil before the starch
I almost always do, I don't know why it's not in this video lol.
what do you mean by season with the oil?
eat the rainbow ❤
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
It doesn’t work…it’s still soft…I’ve tried fair frying it longer and it’s still soft.
Are you buying water packed tofu (I avoid this). If so are you pressing the water out of your tofu by weighing it down for an extended period of time?

Oh God, not another air fried tofu video. Say it isn't so
Looks good...but are you using an oven instead? Air Fryer's don't go close to 400 degrees (Celsius).
My degrees are in fahrenheit, so it would be 205 Celsius, hope that helps!
Bonus for giving time needed when don’t preheat. Thank you I never preheat because then I forget to put food in…ADD anyone?
I am truthfully just sort of a lazy and rushed cook some of the time! 😂
Im gonna try. Wish me luck. My first experiment with tofu.

try adding lemon juice and a little honey. it makes a decent yogurt when you're out lol
I love that idea, although being a savory over sweet person, I'm more likely to run out of cottage cheese before yogurt!
I would love to see you react to one of Ray Comfort's interviews or movies
