I love this setting of hearing you guys talk about what you do separately. I was one who started off pretty quick in my business and my sponsor helped with my launch party and was rooting for me, but I didn’t have training and she didn’t have a set onboarding process. I watched Jacqui’s CZcams videos a lot and that’s where I developed the confidence to help me grow. I then started sponsoring people and things happened in my life, but I got very intimidated with trying to train people. I didn’t have an onboarding process and I should have put something in place. I’m determined to get back on board and I need to get this system set in place so it’s ready when the time comes. Thank you guys so much for sharing your ideas and what you do. 💜 Love you guys!!

I honestly don't see myself ever quitting this. I fully intend to be a consultant from here on. I know the slow months will come. And I know that having a young child who just started school, us getting sick often, will cause me not to have the best months because I'm occupied being a mom, and that's ok. That's why I chose to be a Consultant, so I can focus on my family but also have something that brings me joy besides being a mom & wife.
