    42 gallon pressure tank ko. Maari ba sumabog eto pag umabot ng 60psi?? Ano hanganan ng 42 gallons

      Yang pressure tank namin ang tested pressure nya ay 60psi. Ibig sabihin kaya nya hanggang 60psi na hindi sasabog. At 82 Gallons Capacity, ang working pressure nya ay 20 to 40 psi base sa specification na nakalagay sa sticker ng tank. Check nyo muna Sir kung yang 42 Gal na pressure tank nyo a gawa sa stainless steel or hot deep Galvanize lang bago nyo balakin na i-adjust ang pressure hanggang 69psi para iwas desgrasya kung sakali. Alam naman natin mas matiba ang stainless pero depende parin sa design working pressure nya. Check mo nalang kung hanggang ilang pressure na-test ang tank nyo at hwag kang laglagpas dapat doon for safety.

    Boss pwedi yan sa jet pump po namin? kasi hangang 8 meters langpo ang nakalagay sa motor po eh 10 meters po ang lalim nang balon po namin kakabili langpo sayang kasi kung ibinta bago po kasi sana masagot

      Base po sa aking experience Sir, yan jet pump namin (1.5HP) kaya nya hanggang 60 feet (18.29 meters). Anong type ba ng jet pump nyo Sir? Baka pang shallow well lang ang jet pump nyo..ibig sabihin po ay single pipe na walang ejector. Kung walang ejector ang gamit nyo, mahirap na kapag more than 18 feet na ang lalim ng tubig

    sir ask ko lang ying ford ranger wildtrak 2017 2.2 ko. pag sstart ko sya. umaalog yan nasa turbo hose. kung saan nakalagay yung MAP sensor. tapos low power at rpm nya. pero walang check engine..bago din ang hose. silicone na

      Try mo ipa-scan Sir para malaman ang tamang DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code). Hindi na uubra ang hula-hula ngayon, may OBDII Scanner na kayang e-diagnose ng tama ang mga makabagong sasakyan. Pero base sa experience ko sa low power at rpm ay either faulty MAP Sensor, faulty MAF Sensor or Turbo Hose may singaw (bitak) na. But I still strongly recommend to use OBDII Scanner to correctly diagnose your Ford Ranger. Yung umaalog pagka-start, ito yung mga maaring dahilan: 1. Misfiring Cylinders: Caused by problems with the ignition system (spark plugs, ignition coils, etc.). 2. Fuel System Issues: Such as clogged fuel injectors or a malfunctioning fuel pump. 3. Engine Mounts: Worn or damaged engine mounts can cause excessive vibration. 4. Vacuum Leaks: Leaks in the vacuum system can disrupt the air-fuel mixture. 5. Dirty or Faulty Mass Air Flow Sensor: This can affect the air-fuel mixture, leading to rough starts. 6. Compression Problems: Low compression in one or more cylinders due to worn piston rings, valves, or head gasket issues. 7. Idle Air Control Valve: If this valve is malfunctioning, it can cause rough idling and shaking. Thank you for reaching out. Have a blessed day Sir. Drive safely.

      45 psi po na Sir? Ok lang po yan 5 to 10 minites kasi 45psi naman ang setting mo kaya matagal mapuno ang tank.

      Same tayo Sir 3.5K rpm lang kayang maabot. siguro po kailangan mo maglinis ng Intake manifold, EGR, Throttle valve at turbo. Isama mo jandin ang MAP at MAf Sensors. Ang eve namin kapag idiniin ko pa ang apak para nasayad na yung turbine blade (not sure ano na tawag doon) ng turbo. Hindi po MAP Sendor yan. Kapag faulty ang MAP Sensor mahina ang hatak at ang maximum speed lang na kaya ay 80kph.

      Para sa akin Sir reliable po kasi 15 years (Model 2009) ko ng gamit yang Everest namin simula ng nabili ko ng brand new. Basta PMS lagi every 6 months. Common issue, wala naman, kaya lang syempre mga wear and tear na parts dapat laging i-check para kung kailangan ng palitan dapat palitan na. Sa 15 yrs na gamit ko yang car namin, ang major na napalitan ko dyan ay una yung radiator, nag-crack na kasi yung plastic sa ibabaw dahil sa katagalan na. Ikalawa, yung vacuum pump, nag leak kaya palit O-Ring. Pangatlo, nagpalit na din ako ng MAP Sensor, brakes at syempre yung mga gulong. Yun lang po Sir, basta alagaan lang ng tama para kunti lang maging issue.

      Good morning din Sir. Kung bago ang pressure swtich na kinabit mo at hindi namamatay, maaaring hindi ang pressure switch ang may problema. Check mo muna ang mga sumusunod na maaaring dahilan: 1) check mo kung may sapat ba na tubig sa pinakukunan mo. Kasi kung kunti lang ang napa-pump at hindi napupuno ang pressure tank, ay tuloy-tuloy or hindi talaga hihinto or nagsi switch-off ang pressure switch hanggang hindi naaabot ang 40psi. 2) check mo din ang mga dugtungan ng pipe at check din ang pressure tank baka may singaw at kaya hindi namamatay dahil hindi maabot din ang cut-off pressure na 40psi. 3) last, baka nga talagang defective ang pressure switch. Ang iyong tanong kung paano ikot sa dalawang Nuts? Tandaan: 1) Range - ang tawag sa mas mataas na spring. Kapag inikot mo ang Nut dito, sabay mabago ang Cut-In at Cut-Off Pressure. 2) Differential - ang tawag sa mababang spring. Kapag inikot mo ang Nut dito mababago or ma-adjust lang ang Cut-Off pressure. How to adjust: Clockwise Rotation (Ikot) - to increase pressure Counter Clockwise Rotation (Ikot) - to reduce pressure. Tandaan: Ang bawat isang ikot ng Nut (360 Deg) ay equivalent to 2 to 3 psi.

      Sa Twin pipe for jet ejector type, ang minimum na casing size is 4”. Para naman sa packer type ejector, ang minimum casing size is 2”.

      Kung mag-adjust ka from 0 to 15 psi for Cut On, ikutin mo ang Nut ng Range (mataas na spring) ng 5 times (clockwise). Kaya lang kapag inikot mo ang Nut ng Range sabay tataas din ang Cut Off ng same amount na pressure. Para maibalik yung setting ng Cut Off ikutin mo naman ng 5 times ang Nut ng Differential (Maliit na spring) ng Counter Clockwise. Note: 1) Turn Nut Clockwise to increase pressure 2) Turn Nut Counter Clockwise to reduce pressure 3) If you Turn Nut on Range (Malaking Spring), both Cut On and Cut Off pressure ay sabay ma-adjust 4) If you Turn Nut on Differential (maliit na spring), only Cut Off pressure will adjust pataas or pababa depende kung ano gusto mong i-adjust. 5) Bawat ikot sa Nut (360deg) ay equivalent to 2 to 3 psi.

      Depende Sir, halimbawa naglinis or nagpalit ka ng MAF sensor ngayon kailangan mong mag-relearn. Tapos sunod na araw naglinis or nagpalit ka ng MAP sensor naman kailangan mo uli mag relearn. Ganun po yun kaya ko sinabing depende.

      Ganyan din po noong una akong nag relearn. I did tried for 9 times saka palang naging successful ang pag-relearn ko. There is another way to relearn your car by using OBDII Scanner.

      Wag na wag nyo pong buksan ang rad cap while engine is running kasi po mainit na po ang coolant sa oras na yan. Bubulwak po ang mainit na coolant na may kasamang high pressure steam at nakakapaso po yun. Pero pwede mong buksan muna ang rad cap bago paandarin or yung kapapaandar palang ang engine kung gusto mong tingnan kung may hangin nga ba at pwede ka na din magbleed. Ang tanong mo kung magkakahangin ba? Ang sagot ay hindi po. Ang laman po ng rad kapag mainit na ay hot coolant with high pressure steam. Kung may hangin man sa loob ng cooling system ay mabi-bleed (maisisingaw) po kapag nakaalis ang rad cap.

      Good day Sir. Hindi po pasok yan sa 2” dia pipe casing. Ang minimum pipe size casing para dyan ay 4”. Gamit ka nalang Sir ng packer type ejector yung pang 2” diameter casing. Bili ka ng goulds pump na pang deepwell..may dalawang butas din yun at may kasamang adapter na ikakabit mismo sa pump. Imbis na twine pipe gamitin mo, yung adapter nalang ang kabitan mo ng pipe pababa sa well mo.

      Mali po kayo Sir. High pressure water po nadaan dyan at walang straw dyan kasi sa balon po ginamit🤣. Kung punta ka dito sa amin ipapakita ko sa iyo na ang return pipe ay may high pressure water. Baka ang nasa isip mo ay packer type ejector😁 Kung nakikita mo yung union sa return pipe, kapag niluwagan mo yun high pressure na tubig ang lalabas😁

      Sir itong pump na may dalawang butas (suction at return) ay pang deepwell. Pwede syang twin pipe hanggang sa ilalim ng well or balon na may jet ejector. Or pwedeng single pipe na may adapter na nakakabit sa pump at packer type ejector sa ilalim. Ito yung kadalasan gamit sa mga may casing na at least minimum na 2” diameter. Yung pump na isang butas lang (suction only) ay ang pang shallow. Applicable lang sya hanggang 18 feet ang lalim ng tubig mula sa ibabaw. Kung ang water level mula sa ibabaw ay above 22 feet na makakahigop parin pero mahihirapan na ang pump or baka wala ng mahigop, depende na sa lalim. Friendly advise, kung nagpabutas ka (hindi ang balon) na malalim na masyado gamit ka nalang ng submersible pump. Mas maganda yung tinutulak ang tubig pataas, kasi kahit may kunting leak ang pipe nyo sigurado may tubig kayong magagamit, kung hinihigop pataas naman magkaroon lang ng kunting leak sa mga dugtungan ng pipe hindi na makakahigop ng tubig.

      Sir pasensya po sa pagtatanong, kung sakali po sir mababaw lang naman yung pagkabaon ng tube mga 1 o hanggang 3 kaya pa kaya sa shallow pump curious lang po sir kung di naman kalaliman yung yung pagkaon, maraming salamat po sir Sana po maliwanagan Nyo po kami at ilang meters ang kaya po ng shallow pump na pwede po sya.

      Compute mo nalang Sir, kung ang 1 pipe ay 6 Meters (19.68 feet) pwede shallow pump. Pero kapag 2+ pipe na gamit ka ng deepwell pump para sigurado

      Depende po Sir. Kung madumi at hindi maisara ng tama syempre high idle po. At kung madumi na hindi naman nabubuksan ng swabe mahina ang hatak (low power) kasi hindi tama ang hangin na papasok base sa pangangailangan ng engine.

      @izon9452 wala naman masydo Sir basta sundin lang ang PMS schedule. Yung ibang parts wear and tear na syempre kaya kailangan magpalit. Advice ko lang kapag nagpalit nang ATF dapat yung pang ford talaga…kapag Gen3, Mercon V lang gamitin wala ng iba…

      Sir kung mababaw din lang ang pagkukunan ng tubig gamit ka nalang ng pump para sa shallow well, yung single pipe lang at mas mura pa. Kung ang pagkukunan mo ng tubig ay 18 feet pataas ang lalim gamitan mo ng pump na pang twin pipe.

    Good day sir, ask lng po. Yong water pump ko 1/2 lng then yong sa manual na dapat PSI is 1.4 bar pr 20 PSI. Nag depende po ba yan sa laki ng tank yong PSI kahit sa manual 23 lng yong maximum? 1hp kasi yong una kong pump pero nasunog kaya pinalitan ko ng 1/2. Currently yong pressure nya is cut off 40, on 15. Okay lng po ba yon sir? Thanks po sa rply.

      Umagang kay ganda Sir. Sasagutin ko po ang iyong mga katanungan sa abot ng aking kaalaman. Your Q: Nag dedepende po ba yan sa laki ng tank yung PSI kahit sa manual 23 lang yung maximum? My Answer: Mali po, naka depende ang pressure capacity (bar/psi) sa design ng tanke. Kung ang sabi sa manual ay Allowable Maximun Pressure ay 23PSI, dapat hanggang dyan lang pressure setting mo kasi may possibility na mag-leak or sasabog ang tanke kung lalagpas ka sa manufacturer pressure rating recommendation. Ang default setting ng pressure switch dito sa atin at 20/40. Kung 15/40 setting sa palagay ko ay okay lang kung bunggalo (walang second floor) ang bahay nyo. Yang 15PSi kasi hindi na kaya or mahina nang magtulak ng tubig pataas. Paalala: For Safety of Everybody, hwag mag set ng pressure na lagpas sa Maximum Pressure Capacity ng Tanke.

      Sir hindi talaga mawawala ang CEL (Check Engine Ligth) kasi MAF Sensor ang nilinis. Dapat MAP Sensor sana. Ang P0107 ay para sa Manifold Absolute Pressure at P2227 ay Barometric Pressure which is same lang. Ipalinis mo ang MAP Sensor ni Eve mo Sir. Kung may CEL parin after cleaning baka faulty na at kailangan mo ng magpalit ng MAP Ganyan din kasi ang lumabas na TDC ng Eve namin noon ng nag-scan ako dahil nga may CEL, 80KPh Max lang kaya nya noon. Nagpalit ako ng MAP at nawala ang CEL at balik sigla ang Eve namin.

      Ginawa ko lang Sir, kpag natanggal na ang intercooler naglagay ako ng dishwashing liquid sa tubig at ipinuno ko sa intercooler. After 30 minutes saka ko inalog-alog ang intercooler with soapy water (tubig with dishwashing liquid) saka binanlawan. After banlaw, pina-dry ko muna for almost 1hr to ensure na dry talaga. Then ikinabit na uli. Ganun lang po.

      Sir kung okay lang naman ang hatak ng car nyo sa patag wala akong nakikitang problema. Normal lang hirap sa mahabang akayatan lalo na kapag mabigat ang kargada. Gawin mo, mag shift ka from high gear to low gear sa akyatan. Ako kapag punta sa Baguio gamit ako 3rd gear at 2nd gear, kasi kapag nasa 4th gear na ako hirap na paakyat. May epekto din ang singaw sa turbo sa paghatak. Chech mo ang turbo hose baka butas na palitan mo nalang. Maraming dahilan kapag hirap sa akyatan ang sasakyan lalo na kapag may kalumaan na. Baka kailangan mo magpalit ng fuel filter, posibling may butas turbo hose or kailangan ipalinis ang turbo mismo, baka kailangan na din magpa tune-up. Kung mahina naman ang hatak sa patag at hanggang 80KPH lang max speed at hirap na, check mo ang MAP or MAF Sensors baka need ng linis or palit sensor. Check mo din ang EGR baka madumi na at need ng linisin.
