The antagonist wounds you and your left there to cry yourself to last and forever sleep because all of your life was spent suffering. But then plug in baby slowly but fearlessly kicks in as main character energy fills your body and you remember your purpose.

The lines "I've got the smell of a local man. Who's got the loneliest feeling" always got me. What an evil song, but it's so good.
