@@willplanchon4167 every country uses sugar and salt, but we use sugar, not only on desserts but rather on every single meal we make. Even if it's chicken, beef and fish.

Hi! Looks really good! I have a question please. Is it supposed to have a strong aroma? I got one and has a strong aroma. Do you eat the white outter layer?
yeah, these cheeses do have strong aromas as they’re stronger in flavour. make sure that the cheese is room temperature and not cold before eating. the outer layer is safe to eat, it’s a personal preference on if you want to eat it or not
@@aaliyah_ent thanks!! So, I have another question. I got another one yesterday and this one leaves an ammonia aftertaste aroma. I perceive it only after eating, not during. I looked everywhere and there's no mold. It tastes good. It's just that aroma. Have you ever had one like this one and what did you do?
@@Issac10t yeah! i did have some like this but it should be perfectly fine to still eat, i like to put the whole wheel on the stove, oven, or air fryer and it removes most of the scent and becomes cheesier, there are some tutorials on youtube on how to do it :). most of the time when these cheeses are cold they emit a perfume type of aroma. try eating it with crackers and honey, or other recipes!

Bought some fancy Brie. Don’t know how to eat it. Do I eat the outer white wrapping part together or just the soft cheese inside?? I find the white part a bit bitter… Anyways nothing write about. I prefer old aged cheddar any day!!
You can eat the white outer, some people find it a little pungent if you don’t like it the easiest way to remove it is bake it until it crispers up you can lift the top right off then, I love Brie with cranberry sauce and French bread
