When comes the next Robot?

I'm worried that should I have this outside, it would fall.

Seems to have great features. However, since suction power is the most important feature in window cleaning robots, I have to assume that their failure to even mention a quantifiable suction power (in Pascals, KPa, milibars, bars, PSI, or any other quantifiable measurement of pressure), must mean that they are ashamed of that number on this unit. Virtually every other window cleaning robot manufacturer advertises their KPa, even when those numbers are lower than the best. Since Hobot doesn't even mention the suction power, the unspoken implication is that their suction power must be lower than even the lowest published KPa, which is around 3.8 KPa (the best are around 6 KPa). I know all brands now have a rope to catch them. But, I don't want to have to keep going back to the window to retrieve the robot, each time it falls and restart the process, just because I bought a unit with pressure that is too low to handle the occasional inconsistency. Without a quantifiable pressure number, this could be the best window cleaning robot ever built or it could be the worst. But since the manufacturer choose to not publish that extremely important number, it becomes pretty obvious what the manufacturer must think publishing that number would do to their sales.

Stay away from the Hobot 2S It 100% does not work and we have been unable to return it. Tracks just slide on the window and moves sporadically. Extremely disappointed with this purchase and even more so with the lack of any customer service.

Я купила этот пылесос и очень пожелела! Цена и возможности не соответствуют! За год пользования уже два раза в ремонте! Через пол года первая проблема с тем что отказали лазерные датчики. Качество уборки сразу ухудшается. Может ходить по одному месту по десять раз и пол комнаты не видит. Или оставляет пробелы. Мне в ремонте посоветовали управлять с пульта, тоже не решение. Не удобно. На автомате на пульте не проходит много участков в комнате, нужно ещё раз его прогонять. Во второй раз не работала опликация на управление. Поменяли центр управления в пылесосе. Не выдержал неделю. Опять надо в ремонт. В общем. Выброшенные деньги и нервы!

Hi, bought this robot and was very disappointed with it. The robot is often lost (and sends notifications "can't find my base", although it's very close to its base (less than one meter), and or cleans the same rooms two times or doesn't clean all rooms. Have another one (just a vacuum one) and no problem with it.

I accidentally ran my 668 without its vacuum bin, the hair and fur is not in the empty compartment, I suspect went down the exhaust hole. The hairs are probably now lodged in the pathway between the exhaust pathway that I believe goes to the scrubbing pads and caterpillar tracks. How do I get them out?

Hi Martin, you could find seller for repairing, there is a PCB broken that HOBOT already improved in new PCB. You needn't pay any fee, the seller must offer warranty for you. In European, it's 2 years. In other country, it's at least 1 year. Please don't worry.
