Helpful video we have an ongoing problem with oil stains, as we manage our apartment block car park which is block paving I tried all kinds of solution oil removers and stains have been there for some time. You showed some products and the one which did the best job for us was resiblock oil remover £100 for 5 litres Amazon and needs to be applied generously but good job, I may try the cheaper Screwfix product to see how it compares

You’d hate it here… in Montreal, normally our winters are cold 🥶 and damp, like -30C cold and tons of snow (except last winter where we actually had a UK winter) and our summers are, well, for example it’s partly cloudy and the high will be 33C, feeling like 45C with the humidity. It sucks.

The only way to remove oil from blocks is to use lacquer thinner. Use lacquer thinner and soak up with a paper towel. Once you have the stain mostly removed, use the lacquer thinner again, but this time, use a torch to light it up and let it burn. Finish off by heating again with the torch to burn off any remaining. The stain should be almost all gone and you put in very little labor. I've done this all throughout for my customers.

Youll save money see a better result spraying the softwash on before spraying.

Lot of CZcams guys blow, PW, then hot mix. I blow, hot mix, then power wash. Result is notable.

Looked to be a good explanation of pressure regulation. 6:17, a good Grime Line. Liked the recovery of the little pathway. I like that you are carrying on conversations about topics people ask you about. I am wondering at the moment if you will use a scraper, a blower, a suction unit to move the "swimming pool" area. (Good splash!) (A lance.) Good you had/have a Dad with courage, and who helped people in "All Weather". The Crazy Paving is impressively improved. The Guest Patio was interesting in that it had "reverse coloring", the various algaes etc. looked like multi-colored stone but in the cleanup with biocide, the final light color was bright. Your work did indeed enhance their property.

How long did it take

The front wall can be the first impression seen of a home. Your work to clean this one up was good. There was a Grime Line area at 2:06, with the renewed color showing through. With a biocide scrubbed on, twice, the colors complimenting the house really show through. A nice job. Liked the comparison photos.

Gotta be the best transformation on CZcams for a roof clean mate, what a result. The alternative to climbing on the roof would be a cherry picker.
