How do you make your tofu? I am trying to start incorporating tofu into my diet and i am wondering how people eat it.
There's a few ways! I always work with extra-firm tofu for savory recipes, so make sure to look for that on the label. When you open the container of tofu and drain it, you can either cut it into cubes and use it in a cold salad with a dressing of your choice, or I cut it into medium-thin slices and drizzle some olive oil into a pan. Then on low heat, I let the tofu cook on each side until golden. I use that in my salads, or I top it with a peanut sauce and have it with the rest of my meal as a protein source. Lots of different options!
