Jaiphal is nutmeg , and yes u can get from any spice shop, i guess this ingredient is available everywhere.

@foodpark22 Thank2 so much for reply. Is it a dried nutmeg ? Is jaiphal compulsory to make this Chicken Mandi Rice ? You are a muslim ? In my country Malaysia got many muslim Arab restaurant(the restaurant open and own by real Arabs), and our/malaysia people love arab cooks(rice) so2 much including me. But the price here in malaysia a bit high, but not very high, ...a moderate income people also very capable to buy.
I mean, what kind of milk? is evaporated milk okay?
I used plain fresh milk , but u can try with evaporated milk , try and let me know how it will be turn out with evaporated milk.

Waleikum assalam , alhumdulillah good . Khareef season is the best time to go there,which is i think mid july to sept .because it rains in this season so all the places turns green. And roads are clear and smooth but If you drive during the day, it is better not at night because there is no lights on the highway. And we did not face any insects or sumthing our trip was good alhumdulillah. We went there for eid holidays.
