I nvr watch Smallville even my sister was totally into it when we were kids. Now, i thnk, this snippets on their story pushed me to watched the whole darn show haha... Lois and Kent made that solid friendship foundation as a couple and now I understand why they were meant for each other.

If I tried to identify the key traits inherent to their relationship. It would have to be Lois masculine energy and Clark's female energy. This is in no way a recrimination of either but Lois is definitely a Type A personality. And as such her ideal partner is someone who accepts her warts and all. And for Clark, obviously, his Superman persona is a huge determining factor. But what he needed most in a partner was someone who was 100% loyal to him. But the greatest thing that Smallville did was cast an absolutely incredibly list of talent. Clark, Lex, Lana all if them absolutely hit it out of the park. 😂❤

This will always be one of my favorite interpretations of Lois and Clark. The show started with Clark having Lana on a pedestal, Chloe having Clark on a pedestal, and Lana unwilling to make a move herself. But this version of Lois and Clark had a lot of intimacy and banter right from the start because neither had each other up on a platform, but that's also why they were in denial about their real feelings. Real intimacy is really tough, and both characters were afraid to admit that their best friend was their best match instead of the people they had their eyes on like Lana and Ollie.

Lois pushed Clark out of his comfort zone, she challenged him to be himself and not the perfect boy he always tried to be.

In Smallville, Clark's true love is Lana. But since he couldn't have her, he settled for second best: Lois. Can't stand this Lois! She's too masculine.

I love Clark and Lois since the comics, they are my favorite fictional couple, I wish in Smallville they were a couple in the fifth or sixth season, they could break up and get back together at the end but the relationship should have been longer, I really like them I love. ❤❤❤...

This reminds me how understated and perfect Tom Welling played Clark Kent. And Erica as Lois was the perfect mix of Lois Lane confidence and vulnerability. This show ... meant a lot to me.

I remembered being so heartbroken during Season 8 in their almost kiss at Chloe and Jimmy's wedding and the coffee shop scene where Lois is waiting for Clark while Clark is at the other side of the road looking at her. I have the whole Smallville Season 1 to 10 video in my collection, worth collecting.

I think this Lois might be the only human female character in the entire superhero universe who surpasses any superhero(men/women) or mutant in wit, action, attractiveness, charm, and presence. Those army brat instincts of hers were incredible, she never fell for the wrong guy, unlike other girls in the show, who were not just drawn to bad guys but supported them against good ppl too. She hardly ever needed saving-instead, she saved Clark and others on numerous occasions. She was indeed a force to be reckoned with. Also, the writers and directors were insightful with many details beyond casting and plotlines. For instance, Lana's initial appearance with a green kryptonite necklace foreshadowed her role in keeping Clark at a distance, and eventually, she became the ultimate kryptonite for him. In contrast, Lois was introduced with Superman’s cape colors hidden in her jacket, representing how she would become the force that helped him conquer his fears and achieve flight(Best moment was he got so lost in the moment while dancing with Lois that he start floating(for the first time) in air without realising). Lois often wore red and blue, hinting at Superman's destiny, and her dreams of a man in a red and blue costume with superpowers foreshadowed her role as his endgame, a fact the production subtly hinted at throughout the series.

To be honest, I cried... I was such a big Clana shipper, but when Lois showed up it changed. Their chemistry was just so much better than Clana's. I'm sorry Clana shippers out there, but Clois is just so much better.

I miss this smile. I get ppl might want veneers but they all end uo looking the same, no personality. I wish ppl would hang on to their uniqeness more. With that said, Tom was and still is a georgous man. I watched Smallville religiously.
