Drinking my morning coffee and watching ☕🌻🧡 It's beginning to look like...fall!!!!! 😍 I'm counting down the days until fall 🍁 (and driving my family a little crazy 😁) Your garden always looks so beautiful!!! I have been trying to grow herbs but I haven't been able to. Something comes at night and eats every bit of the new herbs and sunflowers 😅 I'm trying to learn how to fertilize my veggies. I would love to see how you fertilize your plants. It's interesting how similar we seem to be! I'm also the typical oldest child (tend towards bossyiness and wanting to be in control), and definitely feel called out by the attitudes you described in this video. At the same time, learning from someone like you who seems to have struggled in a similar way but is several steps ahead of me, is so encouraging. It gives me hope that I too can learn to be more submissive and patient. Thank you so much for all your encouraging content.

I know this is an older video, but in case you haven't shown this yet, I would love to learn how to mend my hand-knit socks! So far I haven't been able to find a tutorial that looks realistic - dealing with the way socks actually wear out, rather than just a tiny hole here or there.

That is such good advice! I tend to alternate between overworking myself and then feeling lazy and unmotivated the next day. This is a good reminder to pace myself and to not consider frequent short breaks as wasted time.

I was just talking about this yesterday with a lady at church, she was telling me about how she grows chamomile and that the seeds fall into the ground and come back and that it makes a nice home made tea! I want to plant this one time! Is that what you use it for? 😊
