Nice review. Will be traveling from Hawaii to see a Sox game at Fenway in September. Fenway Frank or an Italian sausage sandwich which on do you recommend I try? Eat outside the park or buy inside the park?
Some of that food looks absolutely disgusting. Who puts cheese on lobster ??? And the nachos-- what a way to gain weight super fast.
Four cameras, mic'd up, plus the audience, production, AND shticky dry comedy....BUT two years since posting, no comments (431 views?) and the fact that I just made a variation of this recipe and am looking for refinements...algorithm brought me this! I had to break the seal on the comments. My comments: WAY too much filling for a home meal, but I am guessing a posted recipe would have it down to 4-6 servings. The filling is easy and has a lot of room for personal preference. Don't skimp on the final sauce. Use what she makes or even put it in a lobster bisque or even a fully blended clam chowder. It is a really impressive meal

I am brazilian, and it seems so curious to see the difference between american meat cuts and the brazilian ones.In Brazil we have many meat cuts, they are completely different and each one is very specific on its own, it looks like american meat cuts are very gross, like each part is so big, containing what would be a different cut in Brazilian style. And of course the types of cattle are different as well, the most famous type of cattle here in Brazil for meat production is called "Nelore" which is bigger and it has a hump called "cupim" on its back and a more curved breastplate.
