Welcome to the Enhancing Skills for Life CZcams Channel! We upload original content as well as link to other CZcams channels of people within our community who are living without both arms or all four limbs. Everyone does their activities of daily living (ADL's) slightly different, so make sure to take a look through our videos, playlists and peer channels to see how someone might scramble eggs, wash dishes, get dressed or mow the lawn. If you are curious about a task and it isn't there, just ask us!
