Ingredients:
Puris
Potatoes
Chickpeas (optional)
Tamarind chutney
Green chutney
Spices (my special masala)
Fresh coriander
Instructions:
Prepare the puris by frying them until golden and crispy.
Make the spicy pani by blending fresh coriander, mint leaves(optional), green chilies, and spices.
Cook and mash the potatoes, then mix with chickpeas and spices for the filling.
Assemble your pani puris by making a small hole in each puri, adding the filling, and pouring in the pani.
Enjoy your homemade pani puri!
