if nothing works in this video, you can try this: netsh int ipv6 set teredo client default then run this: netsh int teredo set state natawareclient restart your game (or pc just to be safe) and this should (hopefully) work it did for one of my friends, hope it does for you guys

How I fixed my mic finally is strange. I did try all of this nothing was working. Finally I paired a Bluetooth headset I had laying around and mic worked on it in game bar. Then I turned off the headset and switched back to the plug in headset, boom it works now. Makes no sense at all but give it a try.
