As an electrician ive ran into so many other electricians who care about this but i prefer function over beauty. Sometimes you can only get them vertical by over or under tightening them so i never bother trying especially since the only people in the world who will notice are other electricians

Hey, guys! I'm here to give you advice! Remote control works on 2.4 GHz like a wi-fi, so turn it off, pairing and turn on!
1,200.00 for this base. I use it twice. It stops working and customer service tells me to watch CZcams to figure it out. What a joke of a company. I think it may have a faulty power cord, not the section near the wall its lit up but the section going to the control box, or bad control box. So I can gamble spending more money on this 400lb anchor of a bed frame or just take it to the scrap yard. I'm on my own here since Customer service says watch CZcams.
What's wrong when the light still doesn't come on? I've got power from the wall. New batteries in the remote. Neither light will come on trying both the battery backup box or the box you show here. I called customer service which was not helpful and directed me to CZcams.

This video does not show the complete installation process for the headboard bracket. Also, mine did not come with the connector strap (which would really have come in handy).
