The Notre Dame International Security Center was established in 2008 to provide a forum where leading scholars in national security studies from Notre Dame and elsewhere could come together to explore some of the most pressing issues in national security policy.
Meet Raymond Wang | NDISC Hans J. Morgenthau Fellow
Raymond Wang is a PhD candidate at MIT Political Science, with a focus on security studies and political economy. His dissertation examines how rising powers can shape international order without explicitly changing or breaking the rules, with cases on the WTO, World Bank, and IMF.
