There’s no need to peel carrots🧡🧡 The best nutrients are closest to the peel so u don’t want to take them off! Also saves lots of time and work and doesn’t taste any different

Hi Blake, try Russian manicure: it lasts for 4-5 weeks (could be longer, but your nails will grow) and doesn't chip. Avoid soaking gel off, as acetone damages the nail surface and causes uneven application for your next manicure, leading to chipping. Instead, use a manicure drill to remove the gel. In NYC, we have "Russian Nails" salon, I'm sure there are plenty skilled technicians around Boston, especially in Brookline or Newton :) Hope this helps!

The rollers you used are for AFTER you blowdry your hair to keep the blowout/curls in place & longer. The one your coworker used were HOT rollers where each roll gets heated, then you put into your hair.

@blakeswanson I think for rollers your hair needs to be decently damp/sprayed with water if you're not using heat, also putting in hold spray first before heat, or wrapping cream if wet hair method. This is because it's drying from wet or heat that are needed to change the hair strand structure.
