Psalm 2 "The heavens tell the glory of God, but the song of his hands announces the firmament" INTERPRETATION "The heavens, through their majestic harmony and beauty, tell every intelligent man the glorious wisdom and power of God who created them. The heaven proclaims the marvelous creation, which his hands have wrought, which like an immense fixed dome extends above us"

Why is the center so bright? Is it just the higher density of stars closer to the center which gives it the appearance of a very bright object in the center?

Consider this: skeptics might not grasp the complexity of transmitting a signal millions of miles. Uploading a video to CZcams slightly degrades its quality, so imagine the challenge at astronomical distances. The fact that we can receive a clear image is a marvel of technology for those who understand the process. For those who doubt the moon landings, consider the broader context: to claim they were faked, one must also discredit the Sputnik, Voyager, Cassini, Venera, Parker missions etc. This would involve debunking half a century of raw data, images, rock samples, and elemental discoveries, much of which is openly available in online archives. If this were all a conspiracy, then we might as well doubt historical events like the Wild West or the existence of castles and knights, or even Christopher Columbus, since the evidence for these is comparable to that of the moon landings and our space explorations. Moreover, anyone with the know-how to assemble a ham radio kit and the necessary dishes can intercept satellite data, which are simply raw radio waves. This is routinely done with NASA and NOAA satellites, and even the International Space Station, requiring tracking of their orbits to align the dishes correctly. This alone substantiates the concepts of orbit and apsis. Regarding conspiracies, to claim all of this is fabricated, and that millions of ordinary people are involved, requires an extraordinary level of explanation. I'm open to discussion, but I have yet to find a logical reason to doubt any of it. The real controversy lies in the fact that the American government faked some of the moon landing footage, which has tarnished their credibility regarding the entire mission.

I only wish we could have got much closer, as close as to an individual footprint in the regolith itself. Here's to days to come I hope. "As we leave the Moon at Taurus Littrow, we leave as we came and God willing we shall return. With peace and hope for all mankind. Godspeed the crew of Apollo 17." - Gene Cernan, the 11th and last man on the Moon to date.

  • @Itsallwrongbutthatsallright

Read somewhere, that the two giant galaxies might just pass right through each other, because of the enormous distances between the billions of solar systems in them. Apart from the sun, planets and moons in our own solar system, everything we can observe in the night sky is way out of bounds for us. To get to the closest star, Proxima Centauri 4,2 LY away, you'll have to travel about 50.000 - 100.000 years with current propulsion systems. It's a big ass universe ! ;-)
