This is routinely done with NASA and NOAA satellites, and even the International Space Station, requiring tracking of their orbits to align the dishes correctly. Regarding conspiracies, to claim all of this is fabricated, and that millions of ordinary people are involved, requires an extraordinary level of explanation. The real controversy lies in the fact that the American government faked some of the moon landing footage, which has tarnished their credibility regarding the entire mission.

I love looking at space the stars other planets galaxies. I remember looking at comet Hale Bopp back in 1997. I never missed it was amazing. Wish I could have became an astronomer.🪐

Read somewhere, that the two giant galaxies might just pass right through each other, because of the enormous distances between the billions of solar systems in them. Apart from the sun, planets and moons in our own solar system, everything we can observe in the night sky is way out of bounds for us. To get to the closest star, Proxima Centauri 4,2 LY away, you'll have to travel about 50.000 - 100.000 years with current propulsion systems. It's a big ass universe ! ;-)
