Build update on my custom Coleman sk100 go kart. Harbor Freights new Predator 224 converted to a Hemi stage 2 possibly stage 3, very fast. Correction i did have to do some clearancing on the cam between the lobs. Parts and mods to this build include; • Predator 224cc • Predator 212cc Hemi head (Ported & Polished) • 18lb Valve springs (Relapped the valves) • 212cc Hemi lifters & pushrods • 212cc...
Beautiful truck Jesse i love it man. Ive got the exact same truck in metallic brown although i fitted the 1.9 inch wheels from the Landrover Defender. Do you know if the Traxxas titan 12 or maybe 14 turn brushed mitor will work to get a little bit extra speed? When Traxxas says the stock 21 turn titan is reversed rotation is that just reversed wiring? Like if i got a normal motor thats not reversed rotation and then reversed the polarity can it be made to work? I believe this is because the portal axkes reverse the direction of axle rotation so a reversed rotation motor was required to remedy this. Thats a really nice great looking truck Jesse 👍👌
as far as i know you can run any motor but youll have to play with reversing the wires, all though i would have to say ghe hobby wing fusions work really well with the trx4s especially on 3s. hope this helps and thanks for the comments 😊

The issue with negative camber at the bottom and the positive camber at the top is caused by the a-arms not being parallell.
well i still have the factory ifs1 upper arms and mount on it. but with the factory upper stuff if i take the spacers out to raise it to parallel it gives it massive neg camber. and if i extend the upper arm out to compensate the driveshaft falls out
its kinda why i wanted one of these ifs trucks because its kinda fun trying to figure out how to optimize the suspension with max clearance. It's more of a challenge than straight axle stuff
The upper arm ball that connects to the spindle needs to be shaved a couple mil to get rid of a little positive camber. Overall it looks fine. If you crawl it shouldn’t mess with anything much. Shim that wheel hex with some thou shims.

Just a heads up from a comp guy, a good plastic bumper is designed to hit the rock first to help bump you up the heavy obstacles.

I used to watch Lee Majors in the Fall Guy. Great show and the blonde girl was beautiful too. Heather Graham was her name if I'm remembering correctly. Never saw her do any other TV shows or films again after that. Colts truck was a GMC though. Strange I remember that but here in Australia as a kid I had never heard of GMC. It was General Motors Chevrolet wasn't it? Yeas this build from Jesse Bussinger looks awesome 👌👍

@@yvesstocky9936 I got the girls name wrong from the show "The Fall Guy " with Lee Majors as the stunt man. The blonde girl she was gorgeous her name is Heather Thomas . She says she had to leave acting because of stalkers breaking into her home and had to relocate to a new town and quit acting because she wanted to start a family and needed some privacy. Quite understandable too. The paparazzi are bad enough but random stalkers and psychopaths are even worse.

A cheap way to attain overdrive is with tire size.. put the taller ones on the front.. No rule that says your tread patterns need to match..

Not really that hard to do though. If Traxxas used just normal Lexan paint it's only a matter of using some Tamiya polycarbonate Lexan cleaner to remove the pain carefully without scratching the Lexan. It might require a few tries but should work. Then simply remove the decals. But then you probably will have to make up a scale interior too. Otherwise your just going to be looking at the chassis and battery and electronics. I don't think the black windows look that bad though.
Another question, are the 2 speed and diff servos rated for 7.2 also or is that eventually gonna cause a problem having the esc turned up to 7.2?
im not sure honestly but ive seen people run the big 2.6 monster truck tires on trx4s with no issues
Looks good. I don't think the cheyenne comes with a roll bar only the ford comes with it. The k10 has to be bought for the cheyenne.
The 1/10 K10 doesn’t but the 1/18 K10 does have the bar. I’m deleting it from my TRX4m

i think the wheelbase is longer than trx4, it could if you get the longer rear link kit

@jeffdedrick2312 i got them from a hobby store in next town over but you can find factory spacers on any axial rc extra parts trees and you can very easily find a assorted pack of aluminum spacers like the ones i used on Amazon/Ebay
