I'll give you an example: you start a new game and your default train board position is near the stairs. then if the train board is in the other direction closer to the start f the train - it is an anomaly. but the next time a new game is started the default board position may be at the point closer to the start of the train. then the anomaly will be when the train board is near the stairs.the same goes for vending machines and pipes.simply with each new game - the default places of the objects are changed.
