Obviously a very exquisite property beautifully appointed with nice finishes and turn key. Would have liked to see a more in-depth tour. The wine cellar looked nice and well thought out with no exposure to sunlight (you would be surprised how many developers do not know that light is the enemy of wine...not just temp). On a side note Alicia is pretty cute.
This community is way overpriced for the sq footage.
