Yes, I truly believe that the gateway experience was the final steps to resolving my complex post-traumatic stress disorder. I think it has something to do with syncing the two sides of the brain and putting focus on the center. plus, when you use the imaginative nature of the exercises you can really see and change the issues.

Originally there was 6 wave albums in one set. They later added wave 7 and after that they added wave 8. Now wave 8 had 4 cds in the album. All the rest have 3 cds with two tracks on each. 7 times 6 is 42. tells me you are working from a wave 7 set. no rush but when you are done with those 42 files there are another 8 tracks from wave 8 to be added.

You did it almost identically as I did, although I did a bit further beyond focus 12. And similarly, I too didn't proceed further due to some personal issues and being a bit "stuck" (which will resolve I'm sure - currently I'm repeating the waves). Interesting what you say about seeing people and places, seems like you experienced remote viewing. Are you by any chance Croatian? (I noticed your username).

Thank you for your well wishes. For me it is totally not about the money. Money doesn't matter tonight. It is about the awakening of the consciousness of mankind in such a way as the planet would ascend and then we would have very little need for money as a medium. I've left videos on channels before this one. Its a habbit I do. I drop some info and just leave it for the world to do with it as they will. I belong to groups on this topic matter over the internet, but lately I've been turning away from them because of redundancy issues. I'd rather just make the videos and have people find them to learn from. I hope this channel does explode the consciousness of mankind, but not for the sake of monetization. I'm already doing alright in that aspect.

I had to rewatch the video, and I think I understand this question. I believe you are asking how to retrieve the understandings you already know about consciousness. I guess this would be different for each person. Yet we are all awake now. I know you are awake because if you were sleeping, you'd not be able to type. And it is very much like sleeping and then awakening to the realization. How do you know you are not just dreaming when you get up in the morning? Set the alarm and come to the realization you are awaken in your own body. Explore your awakened conscious mind and expand it to receive that you which was lost in your learning what you are.

feel free to share my videos where ever. As far as focus levels I tend to stay to the perscibed base of focus level set out by the gateway experience meditation series. I've been dabbling in exploring other levels for myself, but this is not ready for video production at this time. as far as to the question of what game is this shared reality, I offer up this. Neo from the matrix was a computer programmer. one of the major points of the movie was Mister Anderson's escaping the game that was too vast to be seen in order to rewrite the code of the matrix so that it would me better and less buggy. So, I think that should be the goal of the game, to make the game better.

Matrix 5 Gold Edition. Published by Valdimar Valerian of Leading Edge. It is about The 3rd Density game we are in. The Author is a Final Incarnation (on his last cycle before graduating ). He expounds upon Monroe’s book. He also took the Gateway Program.

My question was going to be based on his iteration of The Park, especially the Library. He had an artist draw a rendition of it in one of the volumes. Perhaps this might interest you.

I guess it's more like lower leveled vibrational humans that dwell within their life's as unconsciousness and blind to the lighter aspects of existence. Those people are the type that would end up back there when they die. They live but are not alive. They sleep upon the ground in focus 23. I guess I would define it as the people that sleep in life regardless of if they are "awake" in the physical realm or sleeping.

It's my understanding that people who sleep through life, as you say, will probably end up in that lower Astral level for a period of time. Im sure its not the same way we measure time so i'm not even going to estimate it. Ive also heard that those people are usually "rescued" at some point by spirit guides or possibly passed loved ones. What you are talking about doing in Focus 27 is sort of being good Samaritan soul and rescuing those souls from their confusion and taking them to a higher place. Maybe you are acting as a spirit guide to this "lost soul" and that has to be a growth experience and excellent karma. Let me ask you one question; after you retrieve the soul and take it to the park, do you think that soul will be on a path of ascension to a higher realm or reincarnation in this realm?​@michaelsuperstar606

So, I assume they would likely desire to return to, in their mind, set right something, but it is all an illusion. I would hope they would try to take the higher path of ascension. I know they have teachers of such things in the park. So maybe they will rise up. I guess it depends upon the soul and its nature. In the meditation series you just deliver them to the park. For me I left it at that, but I do find it interesting to wonder about now that you have asked.

You should have no expectations of what it should be like. As a child I had NDE and OBE. So, I too would like to leave my body like I did back then. You seem to be wanting an OBE in the sense of being confined to an energy body in the form of your human body of flesh. However, the humanoid shaped energy body is an illusion we project when we fail to understand the cloud like nature of energy cloud. You can be an energy cloud and it is OBE. You seem to be just expecting to be in humanoid form. Anything above Focus 12 is OBE regardless of if it is within the humanoid shape or not. If you want to have a humanoid shaped OBE experience you simply need to will it to be, but it is less than being the truer cloud mist form of out of the body experience. Hope this is helpful.

@@stELjedi he even when as far as putting magnets under his skin on his skull such that he can live with "devil horns" on his head. face tattoos, split tong, bondage gear, and that is just the tip of the attempt. He does try very hard to be cult leader like, but he's completely lost within, so his community doesn't last.

I am sure that I am but as of yet have not. There is much to be done.

For me, I'm doing it alone. Most difficult part for me is "finding time" which is of course an excuse. Lately have been watching many videos from the channel Monroe Institute, which has posted lots of channeling recordings. One I saw recently said to keep practicing, hours and hours of meditation. So: okay! Will do. I've gone through Wave 3, and have repeated those several times. Getting ready to purchase Wave 4. Not sure if the following is helpful: I've been visualizing the resonant energy balloon, focusing on the inner part spiraling up while breathing in, and the outer part spiraling down while breathing out. Today in a detox bath, I tried seeing both of them: while breathing in, focus more on the inner part rising, but also 'see' the outer part falling, and they meet in the middle. Took several breaths before that became easier to do. Also I've been charging up all my cells. What a feeling while doing it, even when not listening to the tapes! That's another thing, practice while 'waiting' like in line or something, no need to deep breathe, just spin the REB with each breath. And the energy bar tool as well, can bring that out to be in front of you, and use it to connect. And color breathing; as long as they're normal breaths, 'nobody' can see you doing it! :) I have a friend who has done a lot but he recently told me that he had jumped around, and hadn't gone through all the tapes. I want to work my way through them, and then, as Michael said in this video, the journey continues! In fact as I wrote above, it's already starting to, using my REB and EBT "during the day" so to speak. Hope this helps!

I have always been on this course. I am doing the gateway experience alone. I have finished the course already, and I am still working it.

Like playing pool: if my opponent is taking an inferior shot, I'll point out the better one. I want to win by skill, not distraction. Which makes it more difficult, I get it, but that's one of my goals: accuracy in communication and discernment. Helping others see what they don't, yet. I am looking forward to them as well! :)

The Coin was a little strange. I did take it as both an honor, at least in the aspect as it was my first Meme of Me. However, I've been told it is just a scam and they are just using my videos to pimp their stuff. I don't sell nor do I intend to sell anything. LOL.

It was my plan to use the gateway experience to improve myself. I came up with the return to sender theory recently. It will be interesting to see how it works out. It should be understood I'm talking about factors of energy through the planet.

In his book Bob Monroe discusses this experience. He said you should try to "cycle" that feeling through your body and that leads to an OBE.

Yes, it isn't easily understood that a person needs to do the work in the lower levels before ascending up to higher focus levels. I think that is what troubles so many.

Here I am at 10 repetitions and a cheeky peek at 12. Money is the problem I just can’t get there yet I am going to be so good at this. I found early on scary shadows in the mix. I think they were tricksters trying to put me off because I am going to be good so while I wait for the universe to provide so I can travel along I fight to get better. I have difficulty with the mantra. I often fall asleep and I think it’s because I need sleep I will see you there one day and tricksters be ready I won’t be put off xxx

yes, I strongly suggest people use CDs or Non compressed file formats. The point I was trying to make there was that a person could "check out" the gateway experience recording on youtube. I don't know who I thought I was talking to. LOL

From receiving the tapes to achieving absolute only took me around 7 weeks. I like to stress the point that before the gateway experience, I did a lifetime of work toward this goal. It is like my life has built upon this understanding and the gateway tapes was the capstone.

So far, I've only made it out to focus 35. Focus 49 has been achieved by some according to the Monroe Institute. I'd guess there is something beyond that too.

NDE is similar but also different. You can go higher or lower faster with the NDE because you are dead. It is often a forced return. Whereby in OBE you are limited by the drag of the physical connection.
