    I like the emphasis you have put that HR needs to take a driver's seat on performance management. Some top leaders and functional managers believe they know HR more than the HR professionals. They want to drive it their way which puts off HR. Pathetic indeed

    Hello, and thank you for the webinar. I’m curious, why do you characterize TM as a “program” that doesn’t own recruiting and/or performance management (as opposed to being the function within HR that owns everything associated with acquisition, development and retention) 25:18?
