    Maam how will we diffrentiate Conjuctival haemorrhage from ocular haemorrhage as in pribulbar block proptosis and increased IOP may be normal findings ।

    • @mousumibanerjee7974
      @mousumibanerjee7974 Před měsícem

      In subconjunctival haemorrhage, there will be a sharply demarcated area of extravasated blood just beneath the surface of conjunctiva(just like a bruise on the skin).However bleeding in the retrobulbar space is more severe and will cause outward protrusion of the globe.Also remember, bleed from the retrobulbar space can also migrate anteriorly into the subconjunctival space( where it will be more diffuse presenting with a tensed globe).

    I had left sided lacrimal gland tumor. I requested a lacrimal gland removal which would cause dry eye. They refused to remove. They chose biopsy which made no sense to me if tumor is encased why cut it open and risk spreading possible cancer. They insisted biopsy cut. Yes it was non Hodgkin’s lacrimal lymphoma. Asked oncologist to arrange lacrimal removal. He said “that’s not how WE deal with this”. (But it’s my body right?) he convinced me that radiation was “perfectly safe”! 3,000 rads later my teeth bled and were turned to putty, cataract left was quick to develop, I had flashes of pain worsening into tazzer like electrocutions. All teeth were worked on $8,000. Later all teeth removed they were putty like. Pain did nit stop. I endured 18 months of painful needles to the skull finally couldn’t take it anymore. Tazzering continued. My life was ruined nothing but pain. Electrocutions so bad they threw me to the ground and out of chairs! I wasn’t sleeping well. I could never again eat solid food! Finally Neurologist trued nerve avulsion nope tazzer continued, then nerve ablation no relief. New Crainial surgeon suspected problem was inside the skull. First he tried an implanted wire stimulator. I never would have believe electric chair type pain could get stronger but it did. I had wire removed!! Brain surgery finally neuro got in saw the damage and was shocked at the melted trigeminal ganglion pond. It was a bubblegum nightmare right at the source of the occipital, maxillary and mandibular nerves. Huge very active nerves. He carefully back out he could barely identify which nerve was which. I had reached the end of my hope. On to another world renouned neurologist pain specialist. It took quite a few months but he finally found a combination of meds to calm things down. Mine is not typical and was entered into the Journals of medicine. My neurologist retired but left me well documented and a letter to never change my effective pain control. Without the meds my only option left was assisted dying. Family doctor kept my meds going 7 years but now it was 2022 and he was retiring age 70. I applied from Niagara to Windsor at great cost every application had attached medical records and URGENT written in red on front page. College of Physcians had instructed me to write urgent I also had letter from retiring family doctor. I needed meds to keep the pain stable. No ER or walk in would prescribe these meds. I applied to a thousand clinics. Gas costs, paper, ink, copies, pens, cost of records, and many clinics had pay parking even for quick application request, pay again to drop off application! Doing all this fearing for my life and unable to eat solid food. I was going blind too. No one was taking my urgent request. I git three replies “sorry we are at capacity”. But a friend got accepted to a clinic I applied to but not me. CANCER PATIENT DENIED PRIMARY CARE!! Time was running out. A friend said come apply up there so we did. I got accepted. We were forced to sell our home at a loss in a hurry and buy up north. 800 mile move for my pain control. Veteran and wife finally home but forced to move for care. College of Physicians and Surgeons stated “a doctor must take the urgent need patient even at capacity”. I wrote to MP, MPP, Mayor, Doug Ford and Pierre Polievere. No response no help. Trudeau set up health care connect who told me average wait was 7 to 10 years. But I have urgent need and would die without the pain control.This was a horrible case of prejudice as the same drugs that allow me relief and function were being abused in the streets…at least illegal copies of these drugs. I never abused my life saving medication. This has been a huge injustice. Huge prejudice. Healthcare is ruined in Ontario. On top of all that our paid in full home in a very desirable warm location wasnt sufficient to buy a home far north on half the size lot. We had fruit trees down there! My husband didn’t want to move to snow country. I do have my meds but how long before someone decides they know better than a 60 year world reknowned neurologist and the patient who suffers the electric chair dozens of times a day. If that oncologist had arranged lacrimal removal and a light radiation I would still have my sight, my teeth, enjoy food and be in our home where I was born. This world is a very cruel place. Doctors should listen and have empathy for patients. Sad it’s all about the money. Personally it wasn’t worth surviving!! Sad evil cruel world.
