The Bush School of Government & Public Service opened its doors on the Texas A&M University campus in 1997. The university’s service and leadership ideals, which reflect those of our namesake, George H.W. Bush, are a guiding force in our instruction. The Bush School offers residential master’s degrees in public service and administration; international affairs; international policy; and an online executive Master of Public Service and Administration degree. Graduate certificates in public management, nonprofit management, homeland security, geospatial intelligence, cybersecurity policy and advanced international affairs also are available.
Millennial Philanthropy - Engaging the Next Generation of Volunteers and Donors
The Center for Nonprofits & Philanthropy conducted a webinar on April 25, 2024 titled, Millennial Philanthropy-Engaging the Next Generation of Volunteers and Donors. Dr. Holly Hull Miori, PhD, CFRE, was the guest speaker and shared insights and takeaways from her latest book, "Millennial Philanthropy: Next Generation Fund Development for Professionals and Nonprofits." The conversation was moderated by Dr. Angela Seaworth, ACFRE. With the largest generational transfer of wealth happening and limited nonprofit resources, it's crucial for organizations to tap into the power of Millennials as a source of people, power, and philanthropy.
